Just a short walk away from the main shop and towards our bottom greenhouse, here we have a rich range of alpines, herbs and shrubs to keep your pots and hanging baskets full of life during the colder months. The colour and fragrance of summer may have passed us now, but there are still so many inspiring plants available to ensure that your garden thrives.

Next to our bottom greenhouse, we have a brilliant display of herbs, sedums and more to keep your tubs and baskets full during October and beyond. Furthermore, our special autumn basket packs make filling your garden with fabulous colour even easier.

Not only do the variety of shapes and colours of autumn basket plants keep those areas next to porches, pagodas and more exciting, by including herbs you can make those wintry meals even more delicious.

As well as our tub and basket plants, now is the perfect time to start planning ahead and getting those spring bulbs in. We love spring here at Almondsbury and our wonderful selection of tulips, crocuses, hyacinths and more prove this.

Deep purples, light blues, pale yellows and more are all on offer here in our spring bulb collection. If you’ve moved into a new home or you want to start planting flowers but don’t have time in the spring, by planting tulips, daffodils, hyacinths and crocuses now, you needn’t worry once March arrives.

You can pick up our bulbs loose and in packs. This gives you more freedom to choose your border and pot displays for next year. Included in the collection of bulbs, our packs of alliums will look stunning in the early weeks of spring.
